All sales are final. Why? Because we would hate to sell you a marinade that someone may have already put a spoon in it and leak it. However, we accept exchange for items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please email us within 2 days of receiving the seasoning at foodiansplace@gmail.com to alert us of the damage. Upon receipt of the picture of the damaged item and necessary information, we will ship out a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full price of the item (not the shipping cost).
